An anniversary to remember



Among the stories that have made the headlines today, a news item has caught the attention of many readers or TV viewers: the death of Cary Grant 30 years ago. It was such a long time ago that some may wonder why we should remember this anniversary. But the answer is simple: Cary Grant is part of the history of cinema; he belonged to the golden age of Hollywood and we are indebted to him for some of the best performances in the field of comedy and for his fruitful collaboration with Alfred Hitchcock. As filmgoers, we may be unaware that Cary Grant´s real name was Archibald Alexander Leach or that he was born in England but if you enjoy watching films, you must watch some of the classic films where Cary Grant played one of the main roles, I´m sure you won´t regret it!!
