Among the stories
that have made the headlines today, a news item has caught the attention of
many readers or TV viewers: the death of Cary Grant 30 years ago. It was such a
long time ago that some may wonder why we should remember this anniversary. But
the answer is simple: Cary Grant is part of the history of cinema; he belonged
to the golden age of Hollywood and we are indebted to him for some of the best
